Wesselman

This project was carried out during my time at Slidebuilder B.V.
For Wesselman
I developed a template set and slide library. In my role as Visual Designer at Slidebuilder B.V., I create user-friendly templates for various clients. Users have access to both the template set and slide library, enabling them to create their own presentations while maintaining brand consistency.

In addition to designing the slides, I played a key role throughout the project: I managed all communication with the client and was responsible for the entire planning process. I handled the project independently, with my colleague—the Customer Success Manager—delivering the final version.

Assignment

Wesselman recently launched a new corporate identity. The current presentation was no longer up to date and users were experiencing a lot of difficulty modifying various elements. It was therefore essential that the new template set would not only be user-friendly, but could also serve as Wesselman's business card.

The main requirements were: user-friendliness, the right look and feel, a clean and businesslike appearance. In addition, it was important that there were enough slides available that provided space for various graphics and tables.

My approach

The design aligns with Wesselman's core values: businesslike, reliable and professional. Textual slides were kept clean and light with subtle use of color; visual slides were given a dark background for more impact.

Usability was key: animations and visual elements supported the message without limiting editability. The client was very satisfied; after minimal adjustments, a professional and flexible slide library was delivered that fully met - and even exceeded - their expectations.
