Afstudeer project Hidden Cure
The graduation project for my Art and Design course at the Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam.
Graduation project

With the given theme 'Waste is Gold,' I came up with a concept about processing chemical waste into a super medicine. My design question in this is: 'Can I give toxic substances a new function and complete the circular economy?'
logo
The name Hidden Cure came from the idea that toxic substances, like those in cleaning products, are found in every household, yet we don't realize that they could also be a medicine. The orange pill is the so-called super paracetamol. The color orange is associated with vitality. The letter 'i' was created through negative space, which is again derived from the idea of concealment.

Posterserie
The poster is very simple. The orange cell in the center symbolizes the medicine that fights the other cells. By working with a contrast in quantity, the orange cell stands out even more. The objects were created in Cinema 4D. The idea was that it would be seen under a microscope, which is why I gave it a sort of fisheye effect and a glass layer. Below are a few different designs for my poster.
