Fizzy pop soda

This is a concept for the branding of an organic soft drink. In this project, I challenged myself to create packaging designs for three different flavors.

As a graphic designer, I always strive to challenge myself and create new designs. Based on the current design trends of 2023, I developed a branding concept for a soft drink. The logo is built using an existing font, with some modifications to give the logo a more fluid appearance.

Colors, colors and colors

The color palette has been carefully curated, with an emphasis on vibrant colors that correspond to the different fruit flavors. The color schemes create a connection between the trendy style of the brand and the origins of the fruit. Each product has its own color palette, consisting of three colors: two primary colors for strong contrast, and a third accent color to enhance the primary colors.

The start

For the very first design, I chose the flavor blackberry. This design served as the starting point to establish the brand identity. My goal was to create a striking and recognizable brand identity that would be easily applicable to other products. Since the product is organic, I decided to use organic shapes as the foundation to subtly emphasize its organic nature.

In the first sketches of the design, I opted for a playful and free-flowing approach. This allowed me to let my creativity and imagination run wild, while focusing on the composition. Once I was satisfied with the composition, I moved on to refining the shapes and details. The colors I initially chose fit perfectly with the organic shapes, which brought the design to life.

 A fluid identity

This design also served as a template for the next two flavors, namely peach and lemon. The approach taken for the blackberry design provided a solid foundation for a consistent and appealing brand identity. By keeping the elements and layout exactly the same, it’s immediately clear that they form one cohesive whole. At the same time, each flavor is easily recognizable in its own way.

The final result is a product line of three different soft drinks. Each one is unique in flavor and has a design that shines on its own.
