Alklima
This project was carried out during my time at Slidebuilder B.V.
My role as a Visual Designer at Slidebuilder B.V. involves creating user-friendly templates for a variety of clients. For this project, I developed an interactive demo for Alklima. The focus was on creating a dynamic and user-friendly way to navigate within a PowerPoint presentation.
Assignment
Alklima is already an existing client of PPT Solutions. Alklima once had a presentation created by us. At the meeting it came up that they would like to turn an existing interactive pdf into a presentation. The wishes are to fully convert the pdf, a wow effect through animations, as well as easy navigation through the file. The presentation will serve as a feature at trade shows to visually display Alklima's products.
My approach
The challenge was to design an interactive presentation that is intuitive to navigate as well as visually compelling. Users explore content via clickable text buttons that lead directly to in-depth slides. A hamburger menu allows users to quickly return to specific pages or the homepage. To bring the concept to life, I developed an animated city with moving cars, floating clouds and zoom transitions. This provides depth, movement and a strong visual experience.
